Max works along side several other industry wine enthusiasts and distributors to grow his ongoing knoweledge of the vast marketplace available direct to restaurant and bar groups. Our team takes a non-biased approach to find the best value wines to maximize the value of your wine list to ensure your offerings stand out from the crowd leaving the most memorable and enjoyable experience for your guests!
Max Dembow - Founder
Max started working in restaurants when he first turned 15 years old and grew up in a household of great chefs. Max's love for food and work ethic lead him to continue his experience in restaurants and bars for the next decade.
At age 18 he began working for famous French Chef Laurent Tourondel at BLT Steak in Scottsdale Arizona where he found passion for food and wine pairings. Max later moved on to help open several restaurants where he found a true need in the industry to provide better value wines at all price points.

It seemed that there was a growing trend of restaurants appealing to a lower price point wine in the fast/casual restaurant space. Max noticed the focus was seemingly always cost, rather than value. After helping consult for a new restaurant group in Scottsdale on their wine offerings and watching the massive success of the wine list he continued his work around the valley with several other bar/restaurants to increase the value and quality of their wine list without increasing the cost, thus creating a more memorable and enjoyable experience for the guests and more profitability for the restauranteur.
